My love for food and drink I inherited from my mum and nan and I have enjoyed creating recipes since I was very little.  My enjoyment in the drinking world comes from my blood. My Danish father introduced the European flavours to all of us as early as he could and taught us to enjoy and respect alcohol.  Mixing my passion for both, and heavily influenced by my family Kaitri’s Catering was born in 2012.

I have always loved drinking cocktails and all drinks that look amazing. After all we do eat and drink with our eyes! Shimmering Sugars begun as a home project. Something we, as a family could enjoy on our “family night”. Making, cocktail making easy. Also making a product that can be personalised easily. My pet hate is going out ad having to miss out. Not because I want to but because I could end up in hospital if I don’t. Some dietary requirements are not by choice and they are not easy by any means. Having a product that no one misses out on was so important to me.

Isolation and covid gave me the time I need to finalise my product and make it a sellable one, that will suit everyone. From that point, my creations came flooding in.  I have so many ideas that I had to start sharing them with you you all.

Bringing people together with amazing food and drinks, enjoying life. That’s what its all about!
