The Coconut Splice is a  delicious Melon Liqueur & coconut rum based drink. This one is a personal Favourite

With our beautiful Shimmering sugars you will enjoy the golden green drink that's as easy as 1, 2, 3,

1, Add the alcohol to 1tbsp (20gms) shimmering sugar- Our sugars don't have any alcohol in them. Which also means they are great for everyone. No one has to miss out.

2, Add 40ml vodka, ice and stir very well (if using without alcohol then add 2 tablespoons of water at this stage)

3, Top with Lemonade. If you would prefer your cocktail to be a little dryer add soda water instead of lemonade.

Optional with Coconut splice is to top is with whipped cream.

Then enjoy your mesmerising swirling shimmering cocktail. All the flavours are in the sugars.

Gluten free, lactose free & Vegan.

Shimmer will settle to the bottom, so we do recommend we serve with a straw, so you can stir while drinking.
