With our beautiful Shimmering sugars, you will enjoy the pearl lime green drink that's as easy as 1, 2, 3,

1, Add the alcohol to 1tbsp (20gms) shimmering sugar- Our sugars don't have any alcohol in them. Which also means they are great for everyone. No one has to miss out.

2, Add the ice and stir very well (if using without alcohol then add 2 tablespoons of water at this stage)

3, Top with soda water. If you would prefer your cocktail to be a little sweeter add lemonade instead of soda..

Then enjoy your mesmerising swirling shimmering cocktail. All the flavours are in the sugars.

Shimmer will settle to the bottom, so we do recommend we serve with a straw, so you can stir while drinking.
